Edens Zero is one of those new manga/anime series which is still struggling to find its place in this increasing anime dominated world. So far, the Edens Zero anime has just one season which received mediocre reviews, however, the manga does have a solid fan following. That is precisely the reason why it already has over 200 issues and fans hardcore continue to showcase their love for this science fantasy manga. Edens Zero has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since June 2018, and has twenty-two tankōbon volumes as of August 2022. Owing to all this a second season of the anime is also all set to premiere in April 2023 but today we are going to talk about the upcoming Edens Zero Chapter 218.
Edens Zero Chapter 218 Spoilers and Full Plot Summary

Rachel is from the Yukino cosmos from the planet, Miltz. She comes from a religious prominent family where they have to take the leader role generationally in the Saintfire church, where the women in the family are devoted and have the power to control time. Rachel couldn’t stand living with her family so she ran away that led her up to the Aoi cosmos where she met Connor, who was a lieutenant at the time, and fell in love. She claimed those 3 years with him to be the happiest she ever had that she left the history of her family all in the past.
That is until the cult hunted Connor down and killed him for his relationship with Rachel. So Rachel went back in time over and over until she found a universe where she saw Connor doesn’t die. That is the one where she took Rebecca and left him for his safety without telling him and went back to the organization. She was confined after that. The organization then have their sights on Rebecca when she was 4 and claimed they couldn’t allow for her to exist due to the circumstances of her birth being unknown.
Rachel saw Rebecca die hundreds or thousands of times while trying to find a world where they can live together. But Rachel’s power was reaching its limit that she sent Rebecca to the Sakura cosmos as a last resort. Afterwards, the Saintfire organization shrunk in size and their traditions were practically forgotten. Rachel also explained the reason why she was known as an OSG is because her mother was called that. She was truly powerful and feared by many at the time. The leader Saintfire was given the title “Nox” and took a life on its own that it was even carried to Rachel’s generation to be feared.
Eventually, Rachel was forced to go back to the cult because her mother died and she was beginning to feel lonely without Rebecca. Rachel told Rebecca she never forgotten her and will love her always which the chapter concludes with Rebecca tearfully hugging her parents. Hopefully there will be no break next week and the next chapter will be called “The Last World”.

Chapter 217 of Edens Zero is scheduled to launch on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 12:00 AM JST. As EZ is printed in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine, a brand new chapter comes out each Monday/Tuesday. Obviously, the date and time of this manga will change from nation to nation because of the totally different worldwide time zones and we have compiled a list of few of them below:
