Mihoyo’s Genshin Impact is one of the biggest games in today’s world. It debuted nearly three years ago and has literally shaken the world of gaming. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, iOS, PlayStation 4 and Android in 2020. In 2021, it found another home in PlayStation 5 as well. Along with all this, the game is soon to be released on Nintendo Switch. One of the most incredible things about this game is Mihoyo’s commitment towards the game as it constantly comes up with amazing updates and it is all set to debut a big update in the form of update 4.1 in a week. Genshin Impact Archon Quest 4.2 Full Story Leaked
The following leaks are the courtesy of r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks, who has been right in the past. Even though 4.1 update isn’t even here yet, we already have some major plot details for Genshin Impact 4.2 Archon Quest.
In summary, hundreds of years ago, there was a disaster in Fontaine, and a prophecy stated that it would happen again hundreds of years later. Neuvillette is believed to be the second-generation dragon from that time (this is not clear and requires further plot development). At this time, Furina, who is now a deity, wants to counter the prophecy of the disaster hundreds of years later. She intends to gather all available forces, including her own divine power, and utilize Neuvillette. She aims to make Neuvillette develop feelings for Fontaine, so when the next disaster arrives, Neuvillette can assist her.
She places herself inside the Judgement Machine (Oratrice) and lets the human Furina enjoy the love and admiration of the people of Fontaine , while also allowing Neuvillette to observe Fontaine more closely. The plot involves everyone coming together to confront the prophecy, represented by the whale. This whale is also related to Childe, and Childe’s master (Skirk) will also appear, revealing more significant details. In the end, Divine Furina and the whale swap places, and Neuvillette continues as an agent, while Human Furina becomes an ordinary young girl.
Neuvillette does not inherit the position of the Water Deity, and both the people of Fontaine and the outside world still consider Human Furina as the Water Deity. Neuvillette is somewhat resentful, having been used and continuing to serve as an agent. So, rather than saying that Furina set up Neuvillette, it’s more accurate to say that Divine Furina and Neuvillette set up Human Furina, and they will still have to endure the criticism from Furina fans.
In the voice lines, Furina mentions that Neuvillette won’t hold her accountable for the deception, indicating that this plan was known only to her and Divine Furina, involving the use of Neuvillette and deceiving the people of Fontaine. In my opinion, this plot is quite intriguing, but it may not be accepted by everyone. Everyone has their own perspective. Lastly, the above plot is based on recent information from the past few days, and while it’s a rough estimation, there may be some discrepancies in the details.
