Considering the success of Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018) and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales (2020), Insomniac Games and Sony are returning with the game’s third installment. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is an open-world action-adventure game. It takes place nine months after the previous installment of the game. Spider-Man 2 follows Peter Parker and Miles Morales trying to take down Kraven The Hunter after the supervillain picks NYC as his potential hunting base. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will come out on October 20 exclusively for PlayStation 5. It is now available for pre-order for $69-$70 at Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2: How to Get A Copy Online?
The game features an assortment of Spider-Man characters including Mary Jane Watson, Rio Morales, J. Jonah Jameson, Norman Osborn, Venom Lizard, and others. It also features new suits and abilities like Web Wings, Parker’s Symbiote suit, and more. The “Launch Edition” comes with upgrades already unlocked, including Peter Parker’s Arachknight Suit, Miles Morales’ Shadow-Spider Suit, Web Grabber gadget, and more. The players can freely swap between Miles and Parker anytime in the game. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 expands the open-world map to Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
In the meantime, Sony also has a PlayStation 5: Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle for gamers who want a console and the new game. Best Buy has the edition available for $600. It comes with a limited edition Spider-Man DualSense wireless controller, a limited edition Spider-Man console cover, a voucher for a digital download copy of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and much more. The retailer also has a pair of Spidey PS5 Console Covers available for $65.
