Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: Daniela Melchoir Is Confirmed To Appear -

Daniela Melchoir aka Ratcatcher 2 from The Suicide Squad, is confirmed to appear in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. The Polish actress who made her debut with the Suicide Squad reboot under the direction of James Gunn, once again is going to reunite with him for Guardians 3. Melchoir stole the hearts of DC fans and audience alike with her portrayal of Ratcatcher 2 in The Suicide Squad, which won her critical acclaim and there are unconfirmed reports she will return to the role for a HBOMAX spinoff series in the future.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 – Melchoir Is Not Playing Moondragon

There’s previously speculation that Melchoir is cast as Moondragon for Guardians 3, the daughter of Star-Lord’s teammate Drax, which Dave Bautista plays in the MCU, but the rumor turned out be false. The details about Melchoir’s role in Guardians 3 is currently unknown, but sources state it is small.

Meanwhile, Vol.3 of Guardians of the Galaxy is slated to release on May 5, 2023. The filming wrapped up recently with Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Sylvester Stallone, Karen Gillan, Elizabeth Debicki, Will Poulter and Chuk Iwuji. as part of the cast. The plot of Guardians 3 is currently kept under wraps but fans can expect another rollicking adventure of Star-Lord and his comical bunch of misfits.

Guardians will be in Thor: Love and Thunder

At the end of Avengers: Endgame, Thor joined Peter Quill and his crew to embark on a new adventure and is currently a Guardian himself, taking a break from the Asgardian duties. There were official reports that Guardians will appear in Thor: Love and Thunder for a short runtime before parting their ways with the God of Thunder. Thor: Love and Thunder had recently released its second trailer which you can check out here and is slated to hit theaters next month on July 8.
