Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is the most talked about film in the world right now. The film debuted in theatres just last week and it has already crossed $200 million at the worldwide box office. The Adam Wingard directorial has become the biggest opener of 2024 and is already the seventh highest grossing film of the year. The film is expected to rule the box office for the upcoming weeks as the month of April doesn’t have much competition. Before the release of the film we’d gotten so many leaks that turned out to be correct and now that the film is in theatres the leaks just keep getting better and better. Check out the latest leak below, it might make you skip the film.

This new reel on Instagram shows the climactic fight sequence from Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire that takes place in Hollow Earth as evidenced by the setting. Naturally, the fight scene has Kong and Godzilla in it. They’ve teamed up against the deadly Skar King who is in cahoots with Shimo – the big ice lizard that appears to be even bigger and powerful than Godzilla himself.
The video sees Kong and Godzilla marching towards their foes (the shot seen in trailers) and on the other hand we see Skar King and Shimo charging towards our favorite Kaijus as well. Kong gets on the back of Godzilla and Skar King gets on Shimo’s back and both the lizards jump towards each other. While this is a cool concept, I honestly feel that this sequence is poorly done because the size and scale of the monsters is completely redundant here. These huge monsters seem like petty animals having a cage fight. Take a look at it yourself.
