Rent A Girlfriend Season 2 Episode Count and More! -

With Season 2 of the show officially underway, Rent A Girlfriend has announced how many episodes will comprise the upcoming run of the series. The anime adaptation based on Reiji Miyajima’s original manga series is the first of the major titles returning in the packed Summer 2022 anime schedule. Compared to the sparse schedule the first season had when it debuted two years ago, the romantic comedy series has a lot more competition this time, but the first episode of Rent A Girlfriend Season 2 already teases some fresh twists to Kazuya’s life.

Rent A Girlfriend: Everything We Know So Far

According to a recent revelation from @SugoiLITE on Twitter, Rent-a-Girlfriend has been slated for 12 episodes as it progresses through the second season this Summer. Though it hasn’t been confirmed by the Blu-ray listings for the new season just yet, a 12-episode run would make sense given that Season 1 only ran for a single cour as well. Additionally, it means that the new episodes have been available to viewers for one week, and as the Summer progresses, things are beginning to wind down even more.

Thankfully, there is already much to look forward to, and if you want to watch both the new episodes and the first season, Rent-a-Girlfriend is already streaming Season 2 with Crunchyroll.

The pub, the beach, hot springs, Christmas, and New Year’s… Having gone through these challenging events, Kazuya’s feelings for Chizuru keep growing stronger. But she reveals a shocking truth that threatens to shake their ‘relationship’ to the very core!”
