Awesome news for all Dragon Ball fans as Dragon Ball will be featured at the pop culture convention SDCC 2022. Earlier it was confirmed that Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will be coming to SDCC 2022 via Crunchyroll presentation. Now, it has been confirmed that a separate Dragon Ball Exhibition will also take place. San Diego Comic-Con International will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in the United States from Thursday, July 21 to Sunday, July 24. There would be a special outdoor Dragon Ball booth as well as a separate booth inside dedicated to the hit movie Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO. Here’s everything we expect to see regarding Dragon Ball Super at SDCC 2022.
First 20 Minutes of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero At SDCC Panel
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will get its own panel at SDCC on Friday, July 22nd. The event will include several anime stars to the stage including Toshio Furukawa, the Japanese voice of Piccolo, and their English counterpart, Christopher R. Sabat. Dragon Ball Super’s executive producer Akio Iyoku will also appear at the event alongside producer Norihiro Hayashida. So, take your manga issues and merchandizes out and be ready to get them signed!
This will be a part of Crunchyroll’s presentation at its Hall H panel as they will host a brief Q&A and later provide fans with an awesome surprise. Yes, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will showcase exclusive new footage at the event. The attendees will be able to watch the first 20 minutes of the movie at the panel before its worldwide debut starting on August 18th in UK and August 19th in USA.
Exclusive Goku, Vegeta, Shenron Figurines

As confirmed by reliable Dragon Ball leakers, @DBSChronicles and @SLOplays, Dragon Ball Super is all set to return and continue Z fighters’ journey post Universe Survival Saga. In fact, leakers went as far as to say that the anime is already in production and will star airing in 2023!

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 Announcement?
This would be bit of a stretch as the panel is Crunchyroll’s and not Bandai Namco, however there is a slight possibility we might hear something about Xenoverse 2 DLC or even Xenevorse 3. A very popular DBl leaker Geekdom101 took to Twitter to announce the leak and clearly stated that Xenoverse 3 will release in 2024. This popular insider didn’t state much else but pointed out that things can change, as they often do in game development. You can read all about it here.
So, that pretty much covers all that may happen at the Dragon Ball panel during SDCC 2022. What do you want to see?
