Demon Slayer Season 3 Producer Hypes Big Plans

The producer and cast of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba have spoken out about their aspirations for the anime’s upcoming third season since the first two seasons and movie were so successful. The anime’s Entertainment District arc was as well received as everything that came before, so everyone has been intently looking out to know what happens next. This includes even those who have contributed to the production of the anime thus far and have been preparing for the upcoming major arc of Koyoharu Gotouge’s original series.

Takahashi And Hanae Open Up About Demon Slayer Season 3

During a special panel at Anime Expo earlier this Summer, the series’ producer Yuma Takahashi and Tanjiro Kamado voice star Natsuki Hanae discussed the production of Demon Slayer. They not only talked about how much had occurred throughout the first two seasons and the release of the feature film, but they also shared their hopes for what would transpire as the show’s third season entered the Swordsmith Village arc of the manga.

Takahashi teased the Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc, and Ufotable studio wants to make the anime as impressive as their previous works. Promising the same high-octane action seen in those earlier releases, Takahashi teases that Tanjiro will continue to evolve, as will its story and presentation.

On the other hand, Hanae is eager to see Tanjiro develop and is particularly interested in seeing two more Hashira in action with the upcoming arc. They hope fans will love what is heading their way as they wrap up their teases.

As of now, Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc does not yet have a set release window or date, but as teased by the producer and star, the arc will see the Love Hashita, Mitsuri Kanroji, and the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, getting right into the action as the battles and obstacles become more intense with the progress of the subsequent arcs.
