Dragon Ball Super Manga’s latest arc has officially begun with Chapter 88 and is being called the “Super Hero” Arc. Granolah Arc, which began back with Chapter 67 has effectively ended with Chapter 87 in August which also brought an end to the battle between the Saiyans and Gas as a part of the Granolah Arc. The Super Hero Arc itself has been divided into two arcs Super Hero prequel arc and the Call Max Arc. The prequel arc concluded with Chapter 90 and chapter 91 basically covered the first 15-20 minutes of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. This month we’ll be getting Chapter 92 and that is exactly what this article is about!
Dragon Ball Super Chapter 92 Full Summary and Spoilers
First off, let me start by saying that Dragon Ball Super Chapter 92 Summary and all raw scans have been leaked today! Dragon Ball Super Chapter 92 is titled “TBA”, and following is the plot summary of the issue as provided by @DBSHype. Obviously, massive spoilers follow below, so read at your own risk. Chapter begins as Piccolo says he recognizes the Red Ribbon symbol from the time he was Kami. Gamma 2 says he shouldn’t have shown that to his opponent and wonders what “being Kami” means. Piccolo mocks him by saying that he hasn’t done enough research and, having identified that it’s an android, asks who built him. Gamma 2 is surprised about him being such a quick thinker this but says it’s a secret, so he can’t tell him. Piccolo asks if he came to fight him and 2 confirms, saying that today’s battle was supposed to be a test, but the plans have changed and now he’ll have to kill him, but he asks Piccolo not to take it personally.
Gamma 2 lunges forward for a punch, but Piccolo ducks and lands a punch to the android’s stomach, followed by a kick that sends him flying far away. Gamma 2 then propels himself upwards before crashing into a mountain and flies towards Piccolo once again, landing a very strong punch and a kick to his head. The rest of the chapter also continues like the film as Piccolo and Gamma 2 battle further and Piccolo before Gamma 2 launches a blast via his gun. The cliff where Piccolo stood is reduced to ash after Gamma 2’s blast which leads him to believe Piccolo is dead. But he isn’t and instead follows Gamma 2.
Just like the film following Gamma 2 leads Piccolo to Red Ribbon Army base where he hears the conversation between Magenta, Carmen, Dr Hedo, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. They talk about Bulma’s evil organization which consists of Piccolo, Goku, Vegeta, Mister Satan, Majin Buu etc and how they need to stop them. The first look at Cell Max is also revealed as we see him hibernating in the birthing chamber! Piccolo is shocked to hear all this, so he leaves the room and calls Bulma to ask her to contact Goku and Vegeta who are on Beerus’ planet. Suddenly Piccolo is spotted by someone but fortunately it is Yajirobe. Piccolo discusses this with him and asks about the Androids and Majin Buu.
Unfortunately, Buu as usual is sleeping and Android 17 isn’t available as well. Cut to Bulma who tries to find the device to contact Whis but she can’t find it as a mini dinosaur is seen playing with it in the background. This is where the manga cuts to the part you have all been waiting for! Yes, on Beerus’ planet we see Goku sparring with Broly as Broly finally makes his manga debut. Broly lunges forward to greet Goku with punches and kicks as Goku struggles to dodge them. The sparring round is much more elaborate that the one in the film as it covers more ground and more techniques. Anyways, they pause in the middle as Goku asks Broly to concentrate more and fight more with technique than rage. Broly listens and pumps up for round 2 which will continue in the next chapter!
DBS Chapter 92 Release Date and Time
As per info provided by trusted sources, Dragon Ball Super chapter 92 is expected to be released on Thurday, April 20 in the monthly V-Jump issue along with Boruto Chapter 80 among others. As you may know DBS is serialized in Shueisha’s V-Jump magazine which is released on the 21st of every month, barring a Sunday or holiday. When DBS chapter 92 comes out, fans will be able to read it on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app and Viz Media’s Manga Plus site. The international release time for the manga series’ upcoming chapter is expected to be the following:
- Pacific Time – 8 AM
- Eastern Time – 11 AM
- British Time – 4 PM
- European Time – 5 PM
- India Time – 8:30 PM
- Philippine Time – 11 PM
- Australia Central Time – 12:30 AM
