Delhi Movie Club was founded in 2021 by Yashvardhan Singh and has been actively bringing movie lovers together since October 2022. Every weekend, DMC host multiple movie meetups across Delhi NCR, watching films of all genres and languages — from commercial blockbusters to parallel and regional cinema. DMC's mission is simple yet passionate: to keep the theatre-going culture alive by catching as many movies as possible on the big screen.
Beyond regular meetups, DMC also holds private screenings every quarter, featuring classic films or OTT releases that their members most want to experience together with an audience. Each gathering is followed by engaging, often intense discussions about the film, casual food hangouts, and heartfelt conversations — making the club not just about movies, but also about genuine connections.
Delhi Movie Club's member base ranges from ages 20 to 60, though the average active age group is 27–28. DMC is an open, welcoming, and tightly-knit community where it doesn’t matter where you come from or who you are. If you’re a cinephile at heart and love watching and breaking down films with like-minded people, you’ll feel right at home.
