Kitty Song Covey just landed in Portland, and our hearts are officially in transit. Season 3 of XO Kitty dropped on April 2, 2026, and it left us with more baggage than a Min Ho airport run. While Netflix hasn’t officially pressed the green light on XO Kitty Season 4 yet, the rumors are swirling faster than a KISS school scandal. Showrunner Valentina Garza is dropping hints that Kitty and Min Ho are just starting their real journey together.
The Renewal Tea
Netflix usually plays hard to get with renewal news, but the numbers don’t lie. Season 3 is currently dominating the Global Top 10 in over a dozen countries. It hit number one in Brazil, India, and Mexico almost instantly. If history repeats itself, we might get a renewal announcement by summer 2026.
The creative team already has a roadmap for what comes next, which would likely cover the second half of senior year or even the big move to New York. And by then, if nothing finalizes between Kitty & Minho, we must all just give up hope.
Who is Checking In?
If Season 4 happens, expect the whole squad to return for one last semester. Anna Cathcart is obviously our leading lady, and Sang Heon Lee is basically required for those Min Ho brooding shots. We also need Gia Kim as Yuri and Anthony Keyvan as Q to keep the vibes immaculate. The story would likely pick up right where that plane ride left off, with Min Ho visiting Kitty’s world in Portland. Seeing him navigate a normal American household after his billionaire Seoul lifestyle is the fish-out-of-water content we deserve.
Plot Predictions and Senior Year Stress
Season 4 would naturally wrap up the KISS era. The show typically splits school years into two-season arcs, so we are due for a graduation finale. Kitty still has a lot of unfinished business in Korea, especially regarding her mother’s past and her own academic standing. Plus, the long-distance drama with her friends in Seoul would provide enough emotional damage to keep us binging for hours. Fans are also desperate to see how the Portland visit impacts the Kitty and Min Ho dynamic before they potentially split for college.
When Can We Binge XO Kitty Season 4?
If Netflix greenlights the season by mid 2026, production could start late this year. That puts a potential Season 4 release date in early to mid-2027. The turnaround for Season 3 was impressively quick, so the studio clearly knows how to move fast when the fans are screaming. For now, we just have to rewatch the Season 3 finale and pretend we aren’t crying in business class. Stay tuned for the official word, because Kitty Song Covey is definitely not done making a mess of her love life just yet.
