Mihoyo’s Genshin Impact is one of the biggest games in today’s world. It debuted over two year ago and has literally shaken the world of gaming. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, iOS, PlayStation 4 and Android in 2020. In 2021, it found another home in PlayStation 5 as well. Along with all this, the game is soon to be released on Nintendo Switch. One of the most incredible things about this game is Mihoyo’s commitment towards the game as it constantly comes up with amazing updates and it recently debuted one of its biggest updates in the form of update 3.1. But fans being fans always want more, and today we have for you leaks about two of the upcoming Genshin Impact 3.3 character. Obviously, massive spoilers follow below!
Scaramouche aka the Wanderer is an upcoming 5 star rarity Genshin Impact character who is the Sixth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and one of Genshin Impact‘s antagonists. There has been a running confusion about his vision as he was believed to be Electro vision character but more recently it has been clarified Scaramouche’s Vision is Anemo. His Delusion, an artificial Vision that empowers characters with dangerous consequences, was likely Electro similar to how Childe is a Hydro character with an Electro Delusion. Anyways, here’s everything we know about Scaramouche kit so far as provided by the source (Niana, posted on [WFP]) and also confirmed by [SYP].
Scaramouche Attacks and Elemental
- Normal Attack – Performs up to 3 attacks using wind blades, dealing Anemo DMG.
- Charged Attack – Consumes a certain amount of Stamina, gathers a build up of high wind pressure, and deals AoE Anemo DMG after a short casting time.
- Plunging Attack – Calling upon the power of Anemo, The Wanderer plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in his path. Deals AoE Anemo DMG upon Impact with the ground.
- Elemental Skill – Hanega: Fushi Kakka concentrates the power of the winds to break free from the shackles of the earth, dealing AoE Anemo DMG before leaping into the air and entering the Windfavored state.
- Windfavored – The Wanderer enters a persistent hovering state, with increased Normal and Charged Attack AoE and DMG. Charged Attacks no longer consume stamina. While this state is active, The Wanderer’s movements gain the following properties:
Persistently consumes Sky-Dweller Points to maintain this hovering state; when sprinting, additional Sky-Dweller Points will be consumed for The Wanderer to sprint mid-air; holding down sprint will cause persistent Sky-Dweller point consumption to maintain speed; jumping expends extra Sky-Dweller Points to increase hovering height; holding jump will cause persistent Sky-Dweller point consumption to increase hovering height. Running out of Sky-Dweller points will end the Wind favored state. A second cast during the duration of Windfavored will also end it. “The world dances in a weightless whirl, presenting a secret that can only be found in the flowers.” CD – 6s - Elemental Burst – Kyougen: Shikiraku Gobandate compresses the atmosphere into a singular vacuum that grinds all troubles away, dealing multiple instances of AoE Anemo DMG. If character is in the Windfavored state due to the skill Hanega: Fushi Kakka, Windfavored state will end after casting. “Bright be the narrowed gaze of the sky, casting its gaze on dreams both past and present, like radiance washing over dust on the winds.” CD – 15s. Energy Cost- 60.
Genshin Impact – Scaramouche Passive Skills
- Ascension Passive 1 – Jade-Claimed Flower: If Hanega: Fushi Kakka comes into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro, this instance of the Windfavored state will obtain buffs according to the contacted element:
- Hydro: Sky-Dweller Point cap increases by 20.
- Pyro: ATK increases by 30%.
- Cryo: CRIT Rate increases by 20%.
- Electro: When Normal and Charged Attacks hit opponents, 0.6 Energy will be restored.
Energy can be restored in this manner every 0.2s. You can have 2 different kinds of these buffs simultaneously. - Ascension Passive 2 – When The Wanderer hits opponents with Normal and Charged Attacks in his Windfavored state, he has a 16% chance to obtain the Descent effect: The next time The Wanderer sprints while in this instance of the Windfavored state, this effect will be removed, this sprint instance will not consume any Sky-Dweller Points, and he will fire off 4 wind arrows that deal 35% of his ATK as Anemo DMG each. For each Normal and Charged Attack that does not produce this effect, the next attack of those kinds will have a 12% increase chance of producing it. The calculation of the effect production is done once every 0.1s.
- Utility Passive – Mora expended when ascending Bows and Catalysts is decreased by 50%.
Genshin Impact – Scaramouche Constellations
- C1: Wording Change from NA and CA to the Japanese-esque equivalent. A4 Arrows are buffed from 15% to 25% ATK.
- C2: The later you use the Q during his E-Stance, the stronger it gets. It is buffed from 150% Maximum to 200% Maximum Damage buff.
- C3: Increases the Level of Hanega: Fushi Kakka by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
- C4: When Wanderer comes into contact with an element which then buffs him according to his A1, he also gains another random effect. A maximum of three can coexist. This change is probably just a wording change.
- C5: Increases the Level of Kyougen: Shikiraku Gobandate by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
- C6: When hitting an enemy with his E Stance normal Attack, a second instance of damage will be inflicted (40% of ATK). When he has less than 40 Skydweller Points, he regenerates 4 Points every 0.2 Seconds to a maximum of 5 times (so 20 in total). Another wording change for C6.
