PS5 Restock This Week March 21-27: Amazon, Best Buy, And GameStop Expected
Sony PlayStation 5 has had a bitter-sweet journey ever since it was launched. It came loaded with incredible new features, an amazing DualSense controller, and some great games. But at the same time, it has faced massive stock availability issues since its inception. That is majorly owing to the chip availability crisis but that might end this year as pandemic seems to be settling now. Anyways, last week we saw a major Walmart restock as expected and this week (February 28 – March 6) also some restocks are expected. Here’s what we know about it.
Amazon
It had been quite some time since Amazon’s last drop and people were getting impatient now. Amazon has a habit of dropping console stock between the 20th-31st of each month which they adhered to. The restock got sold out in hardly 2-3 minutes and almost everyone was left unhappy. Well, that’s just a part of life and the good news is that another restock is expected within next 2 weeks that is before 9th March. So, keep your eyes open.
Target
Target’s last restock occurred almost three weeks ago and as you know, Target is one of the top retailers which continuously restocks. According to the insider Jake Randall, many Target stores have been receiving PS5 shipments this month. Owing to this info, it was predicted that a restock might occur last week and the week before that (which didn’t happen) but it might happen this week. It’s about time for Target’s monthly restock and hence, this is the most probable restock this week.
GameStop
Another retailer you need to keep your eyes on this week, is GameStop. GameStop teased an upcoming drop of either a console or PC graphics card two weeks ago which turned out to be XBox Drops. But this week the chances are pretty solid as it has been some time since the last restock. So, keep yourself posted on GameStop as either an in-store or an online drop is coming really soon.
Best Buy
Best Buy is another retailer to watch out for, with the reputable @Tracker_RY reporting that there will be a drop soon. Its last restock occurred on 20th January, so its about time for the next one. It’s been almost a month and a half now and that usually happen with Best Buy, so a drop is highly likely this week.
PSN Direct Restock
PlayStation Direct is one of the best and easiest places to get your beloved console. But first, you will need to Sign up for a PS5 invite here. Only then you might get easy access to the site’s next drop. Also, we’ll suggest you to register multiple times as it increases your chances of getting registered quickly and being ahead in the line. The last PSN Direct drop happened last week but it can happen again this week. So, be ready and register at the given link right now!
