2023 hasn’t been easy for many big films. After Avatar 2’s triumph at the box office, everyone was excited about the new releases. However, the first big film of the year was a huge disappointment- Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film was both a financial and critical failure. The current Marvel film- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 which is currently playing in theatres is also doing average business, nothing extraordinary like Marvel films once used to. Another big film that released in 2023, which had big names attached to it and a decent IP was Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. The film mounted on a budget of $200 million, only collected $205.4 million in its theatrical run. Of course, a box office failure. Which is why Paramount released the film instantly on digital and physical media. Now the studio has also announced the streaming release date of the film in order to make their money back.
Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves Will Start Streaming Very Soon!
Paramount Plus which is Paramount’s streaming platform announced that Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves will start streaming on it from tomorrow i.e., 16th May. This abrupt announcement shocked everyone as just recently the movie was released on digital VOD and just two months after the movie aired in theaters. While the film had a good opening weekend at the box office thanks to the good reviews, it soon faced tough competition in the name of The Super Mario Bros. movie.

The film stars Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Sophia Lillis, Regé-Jean Page, Hugh Grant, and Justice Smith. Game Night directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein are handling the writing and directing for the film.
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves Blu-Ray will be available for purchase from 30th May 2023 and the film will start streaming on Paramount+ from 16th May 2023.
