Only a few franchises in Indian cinema have as big a fan base as Prashant Neel’s KGF franchise. Ever since KGF: Chapter 1 hit the theatres in 2018, fans have been waiting for what’s next in the store for Rocky Bhai. Their patience was finally rewarded last week when KGF: Chapter 2 came out. It is already one of the biggest films in India with a USD 70 Million plus opening weekend worldwide. As of this Easter weekend it is the second biggest film worldwide only after Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore. That aside, the film also boasts exceptional critical as well as audience reviews and is currently standing at 9.6/10 on IMDB. So, considering the success of the film, fans are now asking only one question – Will There Be a KGF 3?

While KGF was set to be a two part saga, that will now change. Audiences were left stunned when a post credit scene surfaced out of nowhere which directly hinted towards a KGF 3. Not just that, Taran Adarsh, a popular box office analyst and critic tweeted, “Yes K.G.F. 3 is on the road.” We would also like to remind views that Prashanth Neel has previously stated that if the public like ‘KGF 2,’ the franchise may be continued. So, considering all this KGF 3 is basically confirmed and all that remains is an official announcement.
KGF 3 Release Date
Truth be told, there is no official or potential release date for KGF Chapter 3 yet and it will stay this way for some time. But here’s what we think. Considering that Prashant Neel will be busy with Salaar which stars Prabhas and Jr. NTR till 2023, it’s not going to release anytime soon. However, multiple sources suggest that KGF Chapter 3 is now in development and the script has been drafted. So, considering this we expect it to release sometime in in the final quarter of 2024. Again, that is only if COVID and war like situations stay put.
KGF 3 Cast, Crew and Characters
Most fans believe that Rocky is alive at the end of the film and will return in the next chapter. Along with him here’s a list of all potential cast and characters who might be part of KGF Chapter 3:
