The first official trailer for Masters of the Universe has finally landed, and fans everywhere are freaking out. Nicholas Galitzine stars as Prince Adam, aka He-Man, and the trailer teases how he went from an ordinary life on Earth to becoming the most powerful man in the universe. Skeletor Looks Menacing, Not Cartoonish
Jared Leto plays the iconic villain Skeletor, and the trailer gives us a first look at his menacing presence. This version of Skeletor feels grounded in real danger thanks to modern visual effects, far from the goofy villain of old.
There are flashes of Snake Mountain and snippets of dark troops behind him, giving the sense that his evil plan is big, bold, and totally chaotic. If you thought Thanos was extra, just wait.

The trailer also teases other major characters from the classic mythos:
