Sting is a new horror movie belonging to the Zombie subgenre of horror. The film is directed by Kiah Roach-Turner who has done some work in the genre previously. This creepy thriller stars Alyla Browne, Ryan Corr, Jermaine Fowler and Penelope Mitchell. The official synopsis of the film reads, “Charlotte is a rebellious 12-year-old girl who finds a tiny spider in her rundown apartment building. She keeps it in a jar, but it soon starts to grow at a monstrous rate and develop an insatiable appetite for blood. As her neighbors begin to disappear, Charlotte and her family find themselves in a desperate fight for their lives against a ravenous arachnid with a taste for human flesh.” If this premise sounds interesting to you then here’s when you can watch the film at home.

A new listing on dvdreleasedates and When To Stream reveals that Sting will be available on digital and VOD platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Vudu and Apple iTunes for purchase or rent on May 14th, 2024. This gives the Kiah Roache-Turner directorial an exclusive theatre to digital release window of 34 days. That’s pretty decent for a film like this.
Dvdreleasedates also reveals that Sting will be available for purchase on physical formats like DVD and Blu-ray from July 9th, 2024. So, if you’re planning to horror movie sleepover then mark your calendars.
