Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has some pretty exciting updates which are quite radically different from its previous counterparts. It was recently revealed that Modern Warfare 3 will feature open-world segments. This is the first time Call of Duty has released games in a sub-franchise one after the other.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 – What Is New About This Game?
Modern Warfare 3 will have zombies, and the entire launch map line-up to feature remastered will have remastered maps from Modern Warfare 2. Sledgehammer Games stated that Modern Warfare 3 will feature “open combat” missions along with the traditional linear missions that are scripted. You can use different approaches, strategies and tactics to tackle these missions within Verdansk. You can use different ways of approaching the mission, using multiple instruments to go stealth mode, or you can go in all loud, clear and explosive.
The game also enables players to miss story beats, and replay missions to see various results. It is not yet clear if the game is supposed to have multiple endings. However, it would be interesting to see if it does. COD has had games with different story branches before. The game will also have varying dialogues according to state the players are in and the characters and the gameplay will vary according to the decisions made by the players. This is also the first time a COD game features zombies. So, we bet you are excited to check out Modern Warfare 3 at the earliest.
