Keanu Reeves
Who does not like Keanu Reeves? The actor known for his incredible likability and his serious acting chops in both arthouse and blockbuster movies is on to another project after John Wick: Chapter 4 and we are definitely keeping tabs. Reeves will be hosting a series called Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story which will be releasing on Disney+ next — and its first look has arrived.
What is This New F1 Series About?
Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story is set to tell the story of the independent Brawn team which managed to win the World Championship at the stunning cost of 1 pound. Reeves will take viewers to see the behind-the-scenes action that led to the historic victory of the team — which had underpaid and underfinanced employees running it. The series will also let viewers have an exclusive look at the F1 archives. They will also get to hear how the story unfolded from Button and Brawn, the British F1 drivers who led their team to this incredible victory.
Showrunner Simon Hammerson is helming the project, with Daryl Goodrich as the director. Reeves, Sean Doyle and Neil Duncanson will all serve as executive producers on the show. There is no concrete date for the release of the four-parter yet, but the first look that we have seen features Reeves, looking dapper as ever, beside a race car as filming proceeds.
