Finally, Rick and Morty Season 7 is releasing. A new promo for the upcoming is out. Season 6 ended with the hint that there would be more of Rick Prime in the series moving forward as he took over the job as the next antagonist. However, several changes have been made behind the scenes. Now, Season 7 is coming back renewed and fresh.
All We Know About Ricky and Morty Season 7 So Far
Adult Swim announced Rick and Morty Season 7 will release later this fall. The first tease for the upcoming season hypes up the battles between Rick and Rick Prime. A new music video recaps all the incidents that happened between the two of them in the first six seasons of the series.
Many major changes were made after the end of season 5. Adult Swim cut ties with Ricky and Morty co-creator and voice behind the lead characters, Justin Roiland. They previously confirmed that they will move forward with the rest of the team. The team was looking for soundalikes to serve as the replacement of Roiland but no official announcements have been made since.
Season 6 was teased as, “It’s season six and Rick and Morty are back! Pick up where we left them, worse for wear and down on their luck. Will they manage to bounce back for more adventures? Or will they get swept up in an ocean of piss! Who knows?! Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss! Another can’t miss season of your favorite show.” Fans can’t wait for the release of Season 7, and now is a good time to catch up on Season 6. It is now streaming on Hulu and Max.
