Summer of 2024 will remind everyone of the wonderful year that was 2022. Because similar to that year, we’ll be getting two juggernauts TV shows following the same release timelines. Yes, I’m talking about The Boys and House of the Dragon. Both shows have massive fan following and the hype towards its release is massive. Personally, season 3 was a disappointing season for me, especially because of the underwhelming finale. However, based on the leaks that we’ve gotten so far, The Boys season 4 sounds so much better than its predecessor. What leaks you ask? To know more keep scrolling.
The Boys Season 4 Will Be Crazy!
Recently a Reddit user shared his experience while he worked on the set of The Boys Season 4. Apart from talking about the atmosphere on set, he couldn’t resist but also share some of major plot points that he caught glimpse of during his time on set. The plot points he mentioned definitely hyped me up for the impending season. The new season is going to be absolutely bonkers.
He mentioned that the majority of the season will focus on Homelander running for President. However, that’s not the interesting bit. The interesting bit is in true The Boys fashion, the entire election run will mirror Trump’s election campaign from 2016. The guy was on the production’s Toronto schedule when he caught a glimpse of the season.
Apart from this, the season will also show Homelander on trial where he recruits a group of supes that become his army which will include characters from the Gen V spin-off like Cate and Sam. This will mark as the first crossover event between Gen V and The Boys’ main timeline. This season will also have some heartbreak as Hughie and Annie will part ways and he will get engaged to a new supe (name not available).
A bold leakster had also predicted that Victoria Neuman, the big bad of season 4 won’t make it till the end of this season as she will die for good. Sam’s character isn’t for any tokenism as she will have a big action scene with Kimiko where that fight will take an ugly turn when Kimiko’s limbs get torn off. However, she’ll grow them back eventually.
The Boys group won’t be the same, none of them would die, however, no one wants Butcher as their leader despite his impending death. The broken group also leads to the rise of Homelander and his minions. Hughie is the only one who still cares for Butcher. Cate will also have some fun as she will mind control Frenchie and make him do some wild things.
The finale of the season would also feature Soldier Boy in some capacity for sometime which will in turn act as a set up for season 5. We all know about Annie’s pregnancy which will also act as a major plot point in the season. Annie and Starlight will also get into a fight on live TV. A-Train will also have a change of heart where he will stand against Homelander and save Hughie’s life.
