Steve Rogers might have retired from the MCU but the Captain America cannot take retirement, he is an undying symbol of hope and this mantle has to continuously serve the world. MCU’s new Captain America is Sam Wilson, now officially and in his honor there is a new Captain America film releasing in Phase 5. The film will be directed by Julius Onah and is penned down by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson. We know that Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan will be returning but other then them we don’t know. Now we’ve heard various rumors about this film including, but not limited to, Harrison Ford’s inclusion as Thunderbolt Ross aka Red Hulk. The film’s official title is Captain America: New World Order and the working title s Rochelle Rochelle and I think the last update we got was a Wolverine connection. The details of which are slim but there is a link between this film and Wolverine. As the film has to keep up with its release date, the filming must begin soon and according to the latest update it will.
Captain America 4 To Begin Filming in March 2023!
Atlanta Journal-Constitution has previously shared a filming date with us, which spanned from 20th March 2023 to 30th June 2023. This has further confirmed by The Cosmic Circus’ Lizzie Hill she revealed the filming date to be 20th March once again. However, a more recent report from Industry insider and reliable scooper Daniel Ritchman says that the filming for Captain America 4 would begin a week later that is, 27th March 2023. The reason for this is stated to be some rewrites that took place earlier this month.
“So now [Daniel Richtman] is saying March 27th according to this. I haven’t heard an(other) update from my sources yet but it is entirely possible it was pushed a little from the 20th. I’d heard a rewrite came in earlier this month, so that would make sense.” This supports previous rumors and reports that cameras would begin rolling in March on this anticipated Phase 5 film.
CA 4: New World Order is slated to release in theatre near you on 3rd May 2024.
