Andor First Reactions: A Dark and Thrilling Adventure?
A month or two ago I watched the first four episodes of #Andor and it's awesome. Quality production design, lived in worlds, real looking locations, and characters that feel like real people. It's the best of Disney Star Wars so far and much needed for the franchise! pic.twitter.com/JOeUVkaCqP

Cassian #Andor is a very, very different kind of Star Wars protagonist. Shifty. A con artist. A liar. And it makes the show all the better. Diego Luna and Stellan Skarsgård just pop whenever they're on screen together.

I've watched 4 episodes of #Andor & I'm loving its more simple ground-level approach. It's different from the other shows, less humor. Plays like a crime drama more than a space opera. I dug how it highlights low-level Empire leaders as it reveals a rebel alliance slowly forming pic.twitter.com/SNsBIDrhbq

I've seen the first 4 episodes of #Andor & it’s a big win for me. Very impressed by the story, filled out by morally ambiguous characters. There’s definitely some *Leo pointing to the TV* moments. All in all, it’s grounded, beautifully shot, & can’t wait for more pic.twitter.com/G9huor9TqX

#Andor feels like #StarWars in the best ways, and like something completely different in the best ways, too. It's rare for such a well-known franchise to manage something that feels brand new, but I think this show pulls it off.

#Andor is THAT Star Wars show! A deliberately paced, layered, spy story. It’s more focused on character exploration than any hasty action sequence. It might be too different for some, but I’m loving the change of pace, tone, and feel. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen in Star Wars. pic.twitter.com/faVnj10Taw

#Andor is a bold experiment. It's the first slow-burn #StarWars drama, and it definitely takes a few episodes to get going, but when it does it's very rewarding. It's incredibly subtle and tonally different from anything that's come before in this franchise, including #RogueOne. pic.twitter.com/Cub5VSnBvp

Andor is definitely influenced by our own events politically. The Empire is in its early days and there's still turmoil between members. That at the heart of #Andor is the most intriguing part of this prequel. We get to see how they become so evil. #StarWars pic.twitter.com/cZ8ZpZtMGn
