The Morning Show is coming off its Season 3, however, we already have exciting news about Season 4. The series starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon went on to win an Emmy and was nominated for several Golden Globe and SAG Awards, marking the show as one of Apple TV+’s biggest success stories. Season 3 began its run on September 13 and will conclude on November 8.
Cast and Plot of The Morning Show Season 4
Apple TV+’s The Morning Show Season 4 is yet to announce the official cast list, however, several players are likely to return. The full list of cast members expected to return in The Morning Show Season 4 includes:

Season 3 offers the viewers a direction towards a future season. The Morning Show Season 3 has seen the crew at UBA deal with an impending buyout from Hyperion, a corporate monolith run by Paul Marks. Alex has plans to leave UBA to begin a media business of her own, although has had a hard time getting her Morning Show colleagues to join her because of her relationship with Paul. In the meantime, Bradley, Stell, and Chip have been trying to expose Paul and his company to try and block the deal. In episode 9, Bradley announces her resignation from UBA news and a new expose on Cory leads to his possible removal as CEO of UBA.
Given the story so far, in the finale, it seems that the result of the Hyperion-UBA merge will determine what will happen in The Morning Show Season 4. The primary question is whether UBA is still standing at the end of this, however, it seems many of the significant characters will not be in the same roles as they were at the start of the season.
When Is the Season 4 Coming Out?
Apple TV+ renewed the series in April 2023, five months earlier the Season 3 had even been out. Though we know Season 4 is coming, there is yet to be word on whether the writing for Season 4 has begun. Season 1 started filming in October 2018, with the season premiering in November 2019. Season 2 commenced filming in October 2020, but was paused due to the pandemic, with the season releasing on September 2021. The latest season was filmed between August 2022 – February 2023, with the season debuting in September 2023.
The pattern shows there is a two-year gap between The Morning Show seasons, meaning Season 4 would possibly be released sometime around Fall 2025. However, neither writing nor filming seems to have started for Season 4, possibly due to the WGA and SAG strikes, it’s possible there could be a larger break between Season 3 and Season 4 this time.
The Morning Show is currently airing its third season on Apple TV+ with the finale releasing on November 8.
