BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star trailer is out! If you are a part of the massive fandom, the last two days have not been great for you, as the enlistment news of RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook was notified by BigHit. However, now you have something to look forward to. Disney+ released a trailer for their upcoming 8 episode docuseries.
Trailer of BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star
The docuseries will follow BTS’s concert video BTS: Yet to Come, which debuted earlier this month on Prime Video and gave the fans a closer look at the band’s performance from October 2022 at Asiad Main Stadium in Busan, South Korea. The series will span Bangtan Boy’s 10-year career. The series’ (very brief) synopsis reads, “BTS marks its 10th anniversary as a 21st-century pop icons. Join their journey to the top and beyond.”
In an emotional letter, BTS’s Jeon Jungkook announced the military service news to BTS ARMY. “Dear ARMY. It’s already the end of November, the wind is quite very cold. You all might already be aware so I’m writing a short letter to you. In December, I will start a new journey, I’m leaving you for a while to serve in the military. As I deliver this news, on one hand, my heart feels heavy but on the other hand, my heart warms up the precious memories with our ARMYs coming to my mind.”
The youngest member of the band continued, “The time I spent until now together with you guys were the most bright moments of my life. The smiles, support, love of ARMYs have led me here and thank you so much for supporting and cheering for my dream and silently walking with me together. I’m somewhat cautious about asking you guys to wait while we do the military service. One year and six months are a long time. So I can’t say selfish words like that but I promise that at the place I’ve always been, I’ll stand on the stage with an even more developed form of myself.”
Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have also released their solo music projects, while the band itself is on hiatus. BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star will be released to Disney+ on December 20.
