Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will be available on Disney+. With Indiana Jones 5 confirmed to be the last movie of the franchise, the streaming service could get a boost in viewership with all five films now set to be available to watch as of next month. Rumors are suggesting that Lucasfilm may not want to move forward with any project outside of Star Wars. So, this will be fans’ only chance to dive into the story of Indiana Jones for some time.
Indiana Jones 5 Release Date on Disney Plus
The official X page shared a trailer confirming that Indiana Jones 5 will be on Disney+ starting December 1. The date marks a 154-day gap between the theatrical debut release date and its streaming service debut. It came over two months after the movie became available for online purchase on August 29.
Additionally, a supplemental documentary called Timeless Heroes will arrive on the streaming service alongside The Dial of Destiny on the same day drawing attention to the development and creation of Harrison Ford’s legendary cinematic hero. “‘Timeless Heroes,’ directed by acclaimed documentary filmmaker Laurent Bouzereau, explores Harrison Ford’s enduring appeal and his upbringing, including his foray into the entertainment business, his casting in the iconic ‘Indiana Jones’ franchise, and the impact and inspiration generated by the films.
