Titania (Mary MacPherran) is the main villain, with characters like the wrecking crew making an appearance. Banner and Blonsky AKA The Abomination, who has appeared as the antagonist in The Incredible Hulk, have resolved their differences since 2008 and are mutual. Banner also tries to re-hulk himself after he de-hulked himself to save Jennifer. Jennifer doesn’t trust him fully because he’s working with Wong, who the government is planning to have testify for Blonsky.

The main plot of the story surrounds the government wanting Blonsky’s record expunged for being a good boy while in prison. This likely has to do what Contessa Fountaine’s organization is building to in The Falcon and Winter Soldier and Black Widow.  At one point in the story, there’s a case known as “Wong V. Blaze” that will play out. Tim Roth who plays Blonsky steals the show with his comedy thing according to sources. Also the whole tone of the show in general is said to be more comic.

There’s also a Daredevil cameo confirmed from trusted sources, which you can read about here.

Other Unconfirmed Leaks

There are leaks which are kinda sketchy and unconfirmed at this point about the appearance of The Thing, who’s actually a member of Fantastic Four family. Rumors are saying that Jason Segel is The Thing and plays a major role in the last three episodes of She Hulk. He shows up in Episode 8, has fight scenes in 9 and 10. Mainly fights the Wrecking Crew.

There’s a moment where She-Hulk, The Thing, and Daredevil share the screen.
