HBO’s hit historical drama Gilded Age is set in New York City during the era of rapid economic growth during the 1880s. The series began with a young penniless woman named Marian Brook portrayed by Louisa Jacobson who entered the city’s rigid social scene. Later on she was intertwined in various conflicts involving the new money Russell family, old money van Rhijn-Brook family, as well as the racial tensions between the classes. The series was an instant critical hit and fans have been waiting for further updates on the series.
Gilded Age Season 2 First Look
Well, hear me and rejoice and season 2’s production has officially begun and it was confirmed by the studio itself. HBO Max took to Twitter to confirm the rumors of Season 2 and share the first look of the same. Check it out below!

The first look features George (Morgan Spector) and Bertha Russell (Carrie Coon), both of whom, appear to be cheerful. The production design looks consistent with the previous seasons and so do the costumes. The scene appears to be filmed in the Russell mansion some time after the events of season 1 finale. Apart from these two, Agnes Van Rhijn (Baranski), her sister Ada Brook (Nixon), and their longtime friend Caroline Astor (Donna Murphy), and Carrie (Amy Forsyth) are expected to have prominent roles in The Gilded Age season 2,
Since the production has now begun, we expect The Gilded Age Season 2 to arrive sometime in early 2023. Considering that season 1 just ended, there’s nothing more fans can ask from the makers of the series!
