The Flash Season 8 Finale Preview, Watch Here

The Flash season 8 finale, like many previous seasons in the Arrowverse show, has set the stage for a thrilling end. The trailer for part 2 of season 8 finale teases the Arrowverse drama’s ultimate speedster fight after the devastating demise of an essential character. Iris West-Allen has been experiencing a weird time-sickness since Season 7, and it worsened in season 8, leading her to vanish from the timeline. Iris completely disappeared in the second half of season 8 and has been missing for a number of episodes.

Things changed unexpectedly in The Flash season 8 episode 19, when Iris reappeared. Iris first emerged in 2049, but she didn’t stay there for long before returning to the present at the worst time. Iris re-materialized as Barry Allen was engaged in combat with the Forces, which have since become hostile. In addition to being struck by Barry’s lightning strike, Iris also perished as Tom Cavanagh’s Eobard Thawne resurfaced, this time with all of his powers restored.

The Flash What To Expect In The Finale Episode

Season 8 has just one more episode, and the season finale will have a lot to cover. The CW (via TV Promos) aired a trailer for The Flash season 8, episode 20, aptly titled “Negative, Part Two,” following the broadcast of “Negative, Part One.” You can check out the promo below.

As shown in the preview, the team is still experiencing a great deal of pain as they process what happened in this week’s episode, but they aren’t going to allow Thawne and the Negative Forces to succeed, so it sounds like they will need all the support they can get.

Barry won’t be the only speedster participating in this finale, as seen in The Flash season 8, episode 20 trailer. Jordan Fisher’s Impulse and Jessica Parker Kennedy’s XS are both returning characters from “Negative, Part One.” John Wesley Shipp, who was last spotted in episode 6 earlier this season of The Flash, will make a surprise appearance as Jay Garrick, the Golden Age Flash, in the season 8 finale. Meena will be joining Team Flash as Fast Track in the ultimate confrontation with Reverse-Flash after receiving her suit in this week’s episode.

The death of Iris is the most crucial story element that The Flash season 8 finale needs to address, even while conducting a full-fledged speedster war. According to The Flash showrunner Eric Wallace, Iris’s time-sickness will eventually be cured, and the session will end on a happy note. It seems like we will have to wait and see how the finale turns out.
