This Is Us is one of the best and most beloved family drama TV series of all time. Since past 5 years it has kept its fans entirely immersed in the story of the Pearsons with numerous happy, sad, shocking, and tear-jerking moments. In a world of increasing distances and selfishness, This Is Us is trying to remind people what’s important.
The show talks about complexities of “normal” life situations and the concept of right or wrong. Anyways, to our disappointment, the show in currently airing its final season and we’ll soon have to bid goodbye to the Pearsons. But before that we still have 13 more episodes to go after today’s one.
Season 6 Episode 6 Will Not Air Next Week
This Is Us Season 6 Episode 5 has just aired and once again sparked a moral debate among fans regarding certain character’s decisions. There were some precious moments as well which we won’t spoil for you. Anyways, This Is Us final season is enjoying an amazing opening run so far and is being loved by fans and critics alike.
Now coming to the main point, the next episode of your beloved show will not return next week on Tuesday. This Is Us will take a short break and return later this month with Episode 6. The delay is caused because of the Winter Olympics, which will air on NBC instead. The 24th Winter Olympics taking place in Beijing will begin on 4th February 2022. Hence, that is what we’ll see on NBC for the coming few weeks.
This Is Us Season 6 Episode 6 Release Date
So, when can we expect This Is Us to return? Well, nothing is official yet but our bet is on 22 February 2022. The Olympics begin on 4th February and will go on till 2oth February 2022. So, it makes perfect sense for This Is Us to return the next Tuesday after it i.e., Feb 22.
It’s not a very long break considering how amazing This Is Us is. I, for one, do not want it to end quickly and would like to savor the final season for as long as possible. Even if they air one episode a month XD. This Is Us is like my happy place and I call it my meditation. Though, its full of heartbreaking moments, the bonding between the characters make it so relatable and involving.
So, those of you who can’t wait for what’s next have a long wait ahead of you. And those of you who do not want it to end so quickly might even savor this short break.
