Valheim is getting better and better with every update, is already one of the best survival games in the world. In its commitment to making the game more amazing, Iron Gate is about to release a major update which is currently under development and has been released for public testing a few days ago. As you may know this new update adds the Mistland region to your ever expanding world. So, with that, come new enemies, new materials, new mini-bosses, and new armor. Here’s all that has been revealed by this new announcement.
Valheim Mistlands Update New Enemies and Bosses
Valheim is known for its challenging bosses and raids which players have to deal with while exploring new lands. With every new biome, the difficulties of enemies and boss fights are increased and that continues in the Mistlands update. The most common and fearsome enemies you’ll encounter here are Seekers (spider-like creatures) and just like Draugrs and Goblins they come in different shapes and sizes. The new biome is full of life and even adds a few NPCs to the game. Here are all enemies and creatures you’ll encounter here:

- Seeker Brood
- Seeker Brute
- Gjall – A floating enemy that looks like a jellyfish carrying bombs.
- Tick – Basically giant ticks much like Deathsquito from Plains
- The Queen – The main boss of the biome
- Hare – A creature which will not attack you but you can attack it
- Dvergr – NPC
- Munin – NPC Raven of Lore
- Hen and Chicks – Tamable creatures which you can farm
Valheim Mistlands Update New Armor and Tools
What’s a new update without new tools and armor sets? To fight the new enemies you need to level up and these tools and armors help you conquer the biomes a easily. Here are all the tools and armors you can craft in this update:

- Black Metal Pickaxe – Tool
- Dvergr Lantern – Tool
- Carapace Armorset – Carapace Breastplate, Carapace Greaves, Carapace Helmet

- New types of Fishes of new Sizes of Fishes which grant you more Raw Fish
That is pretty much everything major you’ll come across in this new gigantic update and as always, Valheim doesn’t disappoint. Fans have waited a long time for this update and they’ve finally been gifted with loads of new and exciting content.
