Ever since Warner Bros. has pushed back Dune: Part Two to next year, courtesy of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, I think the happiest person on Earth is Marvel President Kevin Feige as this means that The Marvels will have an extended IMAX run with practically no major competition. This is a welcome change as barring a few, all Marvel films post the pandemic have struggled in theatres. Marvel movies are no longer the guaranteed hits they once were. The Marvels doesn’t have much hype from the beginning, add to that the negative impression Brie Larson has amongst Marvel fans so getting this box office boost is good. The sequel has been a victim to a lot of production issues but it seems like everything is coming their way. Today we have a new update about the sequel and it is upto you whether it is good news or bad news.
The Marvels Is Shorter Than Expected!
According to a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter) from Cryptic HD Quality, who has successfully predicted the lengths of several Disney projects including The Mandalorian Season 3 and Ahsoka. The post predicts that the upcoming The Marvels will have a runtime of one hour and 33 minutes or 93 minutes. This time was further confirmed by another scooper, CanWeGetSomeToast who wrote that the movie is “all killer, no filler.” This makes The Marvels the shortest Marvel film ever.
