The Hollywood strikes are over. Rejoice! Both the strikes were for the betterment of the artists who make our lives better and at the end of this long battle the negotiations were in their favor. Majority of the actors had stopped working in movies or TV shows that are of US origin. Naturally, some hugely anticipated movies were on an indefinite halt until the actors’ needs are fulfilled. Out of which, Deadpool 3 was one of the big movies who had to halt production in the middle. The cast had to wait for more than three months to get back on floors. But now we are getting a lot of updates that suggest the filming will for the film might begin soon. Before principal photography begins, we have gotten a new update that another superhero will appear in the film.
Deadpool 3: Dogpool All Set To Appear In The Film!
Previously, Ryan Reynolds shared an image of a pup in Deadpool costume confirming that Dogpool, one of the members of Deadpool Corps, will appear in the upcoming Deadpool 3. Now, fans are getting a new look at the weirdly adorable pooch. On Wednesday, Dogpool’s official Instagram shared a new photo of the dog relaxing in costume with her belly exposed and the caption “Just letting it al hang out”. Shawn Levy is directing Deadpool 3 from a screenplay he co-wrote with Rhett Rheese, Paul Wernick, Zeb Wells and Reynolds himself. This accounts Levy’s third collaboration with Reynolds after previously working on Free Guy and The Adam Project. The film’s supporting cast will include returning Deadpool cast Karan Soni as Dopinder, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Stefan Kapičić as Colossus, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio.
Deadpool 3 is slated to release on May 3rd 2024 in MCU’s Phase 6.
