Fortnite is well known for collaborating with a variety of brands, studios, comics, and celebrities. So, any news for any sort of collaboration should not be surprising for anyone. In these collaborations, fans are offered new skins, new missions and new gameplay enhancements according to the event. Most of these crossovers/collaborations last for a week or so but offer fans a lot of fun. Owing to a latest leak we now know Darth Vader is soon coming up in Fortnite.
Darth Vader Fortnite Gameplay Leaked
A previous leak in April suggested that Darth Vader would be coming to Fortnite as both a playable character and an NPC that roams around the map. Though as of now his role in the game is yet to be revealed fans believe he may play a boss role as a NPC. Anyways, thanks to Fortnite Intel, we have now received a gameplay footage of Darth Vader.
The footage in question reveals around 25 seconds of gameplay as Darth Vader and you can view it in the tweet attached below. Fortnite Intel is a very reliable source and usually brings authentic and accurate information for the fans. Hence, you can trust this leak and get hyped!

The footage showcases Darth Vader in his full armor and cape running around the map of Fortnite. He can be seen holding a melee weapon which looks like a stick and many fans are calling it a random stick or pickaxe. Well, that is not the case, as the stick he’s seen carrying is called a Gaderffi, or gaffi stick, which is a traditional weapon of Tusken Raiders of Tatooine in Star Wars. The weapon has hugely featured as the main weapon of Boba Fett in the Mandalorian Season 2 and the Book of Boba Fett. The gameplay also showcased an emoticon of Vader extending his hand forward and using the force. We do not know whether this will achieve telekinesis in the game or not at this point.
