Tim Burton is back at it in his 60s. After Netflix’s Wednesday, Burton is collaborating with Jenna Ortega once again in his anticipated sequel for his 1988 original Beetlejuice. She is one of the biggest names in Hollywood right now. Last year, she started the year off on a very strong note with Ti West’s X and Wednesday. 2023 has also started well for the actor with Scream 6. Ortega is definitely one for the future and it appears Burton has recognized it. The filming of the sequel had started a long time ago and before the Hollywood strikes began Tim Burton had a lot of interviews where he discussed about the second part. However, with the strikes just like many other movies and TV shows Beetlejuice 2’s filming also came to a halt. Although, since the strikes have ended it appears the film has gone back on the floors.
