Blue Lock is one of the top selling manga series in the world right now and sold over 1.2 Million copies in February (#1 Rank). It is written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro, illustrated by Yusuke Nomura, and revolved around, Ego Jinpachi who is hired by the Japanese Football Union to lead the team to victory in FIFA WC.. His master plan to lead Japan to stardom is Blue Lock, a training regimen designed to create the world’s greatest egotist striker. As it happens, its anime television series adaptation produced by Eight Bit premiered in October 2022 and that led to a huge boost in its popularity. It has dethroned Slam Dunk as best selling sports manga since December 2022, as well as every other manga in the world. As it happens, Blue Lock Chapter 213 is all set to debut soon and that is exactly what this article is about.
Blue Lock Chapter 213 Spoilers and Full Plot Summary

Continuing from the previous chapter, Isagi has managed to score his first goal in the Neo-Egoist League in this match against Italy. Aiku: “A direct shot with your left, huh… You hella come up with a new weapon.” Ness is still in denial that Isagi crushed him with his goal. Ness: “…Ha? Hah!? I never, ever heard of this… I don’t know, pardon…? You can shoot with your left… I’ve never heard of such a weapon, Yoichi…!? You couldn’t have done it in the last match and yet, in the past few days you… What the hell did you do to your body?” 5 days before the match, Training Room (back in Chapter 208). Isagi approached Kunigami. Isagi: Yo, Muscle. Lend me your ability. While recalling Igaguri saying that he’ll be a “foul man” who can get fouls with his right shoulder, Isagi told Kunigami: Isagi: “I just realized… My direct shot’s weakness is that I can only shoot accurately from my right! But you’ve copied Noel Noa’s body and mastered being ambidextrous. So tell me, Kunigami! How can I become ambidextrous like you?” Kunigami: “What the hell are you talking about out of the blue? Go back, you clingy stalker.”
However, Isagi still insisted that it’s fine if Kunigami can just train with him because he wants to learn how Kuni’s body works. Kunigami: “Then don’t do it. Your specs (ability) will just die. I was forced to be ambidextrous in the Wildcard, but it was only by chance because of my muscle mass and frame… It doesn’t matter if you copy my methods. On the contrary, if you put on strange muscles, your body will be out of balance and prevent you from performing at your current level. You didn’t even think about that. If you’re just trying to be strong easily, you have a long way to go.” Isagi thought that Kunigami was giving him advice so he wouldn’t get crushed by training wrong and that Kunigami is really a good guy. Kunigami left the training room but Isagi still chased him, asking if he could just watch him train. Then in the corner, there was Chigiri. Both Isagi and Kunigami looked surprised to see him. Isagi asked why Chigiri is in their stratum.
Chigiri: “I came to see Kunigami. He didn’t talk to me during or after the match. There’s something I wanna tell you after a long time… Hey~” Kunigami: “Don’t pester me. I have nothing to say to you. Go away.” Chigiri: “Is that so… then, I’ll just tell you how I feel. The way you play, even the vibe you have. I know you’ve changed. But I’ve changed, too. I’m keeping an eye on you right now, so you have to keep an eye on me too.” Then, Bachira with a soccer ball by the door saw them. Bachira: “Is this where the class reunion is?” Isagi called him out then Bachira threw the ball at Isagi’s face and asked to count him in! Chigiri asked Bachira if he also came to see Kunigami, then Bachira says to add Isagi too! Bachira: “Yeah! I watched the previous match! Germany vs. England! It was so great that my ego juice came out from every pore in my body!”
Chigiri and Isagi wonders what “ego juice” (It) is and imagines Bachira bursting some liquid out of his body. Bachira said that Kunigami’s goal and Isagi’s moves were awesome, and Chigiri’s goal too. Bachira: “That’s why I came to ask you, Hero-san. Come train with me.” Bachira gets on Kunigami’s back. Kunigami: “Screw that… I’m not gonna be in some friendly reunion…” Bachira: “Same here! I’m just here to see how far my new dribble can take me. I hope we can crush each other.” Kunigami’s irritated. Chigiri suggested that they play 2 vs 2 since he wants to improve his speed and cut-in. Bachira told him he’s gonna team up with Isagi. Isagi *monologue*: “Ah, that’s right… Bachira and Chigiri… also got new weapons and battle styles but… It’s an evolution of minor changes to make the most of your greatest weapon! Maybe I don’t need a whole new body… I was trying to stick with being ambidextrous, but what I want is a customization to “shoot with my left”… While maintaining the quality of your “main weapon”, I can think of it as a “side weapon”. In that case, it’s an achievable “goal”!!”
Isagi: “Let’s do this!” Chigiri: “Don’t run away, Cyborg Rensuke!” Kunigami: “Come at me, stupid trio.” Bachira: “E-4 after a long while” We cut back to the match. Isagi *monologue*: “The 2vs2 that day gave me a hint to use my left for a “direct shot”… With this “side weapon”, I will control this match!” The ending note reads, “The unchanging existence of his rivals inspires him for a new evolution!
