Black Adam Trailer Debuts, Fans React By Arguing As Usual

Black Adam features Dwayne Johnson as the titular supervillain and will showcase his origin story. The character is an adversary of Shazam portrayed by Zachary Levi and it is quite possible he makes a cameo in the film. Anyways some teaser scenes for the film were released along with other upcoming DC films a few months back in a combined “world needs heroes” trailer“. Ever since then fans have been waiting impatiently for more details on the film and a few days ago, we brought you an update that the trailer will debut today and it did!

Black Adam Trailer and Release Date

First of all have a look at the Black Adam trailer below:

The trailer boasts blood pumping action, way too much color grading, Justice Society of America and a lot of Black Adam. While revealing the DC Heroes trailer a few months ago, The Rock wrote “the hierarchy of power in the DC universe is about to change”, which is so true considering how insanely overpowered Adam is. From the current DCEU canon, only Superman and Shazam (Captain Marvel) have the ability to match the power of this fearsome DC villain. He was ranked one of the most terrifying supervillains by IGN as he made many DC characters’ lives quite difficult. Black Adam is all set to debut on October 21, 2022.

Fans React to the Trailer

Some fans called it awful and unfinished with poor costumes and called it out for portraying Black Adam hero/anti-hero instead of a villain. While others reacted positively to it, and a few others went on to argue with those who didn’t like it, sparking heated fan debates. Also caught between this was classic Marvel vs DC debate which included fans urging others to watch Black Adam instead of Thor: Love and Thunder.
