Iman Vellani and other cast had great performances. All the visuals and colors used are charming. The show gives a fresh take on a superhero story belonging to a immigrant and minority family in the U.S, which is quite different from regular superhero MCU movies and shows.

What Could have been better

The episode could have been a bit longer. There’s not much plot or story in the first episode. It just introduces us to Kamala and her family, her hurdles in school and at home. The events revealing Kamala’s powers of the bangle could have been played out better.
