The Dragon Prince is presently preparing to return to Netflix with Season 4 in the near future. The creators just released a spectacular new trailer at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, announcing a new essential character who will probably play a significant role in the upcoming episodes. After the show’s third season, it was revealed that Wonderstorm and Bardel Entertainment had signed a contract for a full seven seasons of their original animated series, which will let them finish telling their story as intended over the course of seven major arcs.
The Dragon Prince Season 4 Unveils Major Character Debut
After the weekend’s presentation of the opening few minutes of the Season 4 premiere, we now know that The Dragon Prince Season 4 is officially known as The Dragon Prince: Mystery of Aaravos. Check out the latest clip above. The fourth season will have nine episodes, exactly like the first three. In a brief scene, Claudia (Raquel Belmonte) was shown locating and reviving her father Viren (Jason Simpson) at the end of the epic fight that concluded Season 3.
The latest clip launched at SDCC 2022 centres on Claudia as she discloses that she has a new boyfriend named Terry, an Earthblood Elf. It was also reported that Benjamin Callins would provide the character’s voice for their debut.
Between Season 3 and Season 4, Claudia spent two years working out how to bring her father back from the dead, and Aaravos, the mysterious Startouch Elf, was a part of the process. The characters, especially Ezran (Sasha Rojen), Callum (Jack De Sena) and the titular Dragon Prince Zym, have also matured a little and look grown.
The Dragon Prince Season 4 ‘s precise release date is still unknown, but we do know that it is set to hit Netflix this November.
