And what better way to shake things up than by adding the most iconic X-Man of all time, Wolverine? But be warned, dear readers, spoilers ahead! This article will delve into the Deadpool and Wolverine plot, cameos, and credits of the movie, so proceed with caution.

Deadpool and Wolverine Full Plot Summary and Spoilers

The movie begins with Wade Wilson (Deadpool) digging up Wolverine’s grave from the end of Logan. The TVA arrives to bring Wade in, but he fights them off. In a flashback, we see Deadpool meeting with Happy Hogan in 2018, trying to join the Avengers, only to be turned down. The story then cuts to post-Deadpool 2, where Wade is a car salesman working with Peter in Earth 10005. They hold a surprise party for him with all the characters from DP 1&2, revealing that he and Vanessa aren’t together.

The TVA arrives to take Wade in, and he meets with Paradox, who tasks him with finding Wolverine. Wade travels through different universes, encountering various Wolverine variants, including a short Wolverine, Cavill-rine, Patch, and a Wolverine who fights Hulk for a brief moment. Eventually, he meets the “worst Wolverine,” a drunken, washed-up variant of Logan. They travel to the TVA, try to bargain with Paradox, and are sent to the void.

In the Void, Wade and Logan have their first fight scene, interrupted by a character resembling Captain America (played by Chris Evans), who is revealed to be Johnny Storm. Sabretooth and Pyro arrive, leading to a fight scene where Logan slices off Sabretooth’s head. They’re taken to meet their leader, Cassandra Nova, who kills Johnny Storm. They escape after Cassandra summons Alioth. After escaping, they meet a nice variant of Deadpool (played by Reynolds) and Dogpool, who sends them to the Borderlands to find the resistance. They travel in a minivan, stopping for their second fight scene, which is considered one of the best in the movie.

When they arrive, they’re taken in by Elektra, Blade (played by Snipes), Gambit (played by Channing Tatum), and X-23. They agree to team up to defeat Cassandra Nova using Juggernaut’s helmet. Logan convinces Cassandra to help them by telling her about Charles Xavier. She uses a sling ring from a Dr. Strange variant to send them back to Earth 10005. However, Pyro reveals that Paradox has reneged on their deal, and Cassandra follows Wade and Logan through the portal.

Back in Earth 10005, Wade and Logan team up to defeat an army of Deadpool variants, including Ladypool. This scene features Wolverine putting on his mask. After the battle, they stop Cassandra Nova from using the Time Ripper to destroy timelines. They’re successful, Cassandra dies, and B-15 arrests Paradox. The movie ends with Wade and Logan eating shawarma before Wade takes Logan to meet the rest of the crew. Logan insists Wade talk to Vanessa again.

Deadpool and Wolverine Post Credits and Cameo List

During the credits, a video tribute to the Fox X-Men films plays, honoring the legacy of the franchise. In the post-credits scene, Deadpool shows footage of Storm talking trash about Cassandra, adding one final comedic touch to the movie.
