One Piece is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation which first premiered on Fuji TV in October 1999. Since then, it has aired over 1000 episodes split in 20 seasons, making it one of the longest running anime till date. It is based on Eiichiro Oda’s manga series of the same name and follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, and his friends in search of the world’s ultimate treasure known as “One Piece” to become the next Pirate King. It is currently out for its 20th run that aired its 131st episode last to last week. Episode 1023 is all set to debut next week and here’s a preview of the same.

The bad news is that we’ll see no OP Episode tomorrow although it was originally supposed to release on June 26. It has instead been delayed to release on July 3. That aside we wont see One Piece Chapter 1054 this upcoming week as well because there is a Month Break for the Manga. But now its time for good news as after OP Episode 1023, information about the introductory episodes of the OP film: Red in the anime will be revealed. That aside, official English translation of Road to Laughtale Vol. 1 will be released on June 27 JST.

One Piece Episode 1023 is all set to broadcast in Japan on Sunday, July 3 sharp at 11 AM. International viewers can stream the episode via Funimation and Crunchyroll streaming services and in some cases, it will be broadcasted Saturday evening depending on time zone.
