The long-running manga series One Piece has begun its final saga, and the first chapter of this new phase has revealed that a significant fan favourite has disappeared! Since Luffy and the others arrived on Wano’s shores, there have been hints about what kind of mayhem can be found on the rest of the planet, raising some worries regarding the concluding storyline of the series. Since The Reverie ended on a cliffhanger that suggested a significant shift in the status quo, it seems considerably more has happened than initially thought.
One Piece – Nefertari Vivi Was A Key Character In The Arabasta Saga
The latest chapter of the series marked the beginning of One Piece’s final adventure, and it did so with a bang as viewers finally received an update on some recent events in the outside world. The Reverie’s consequences for Sabo and the revolutionaries have now been made public, and sadly, they were much worse than fans would have anticipated. Even though it has been confirmed that Sabo and the others are fine, the chapter confirms that Princess Vivi has gone missing after her father’s passing.
One Piece’s Chapter 1054 returns to the Navy headquarters, and it is here that Sakazuki reveals that Sabo has since gained widespread recognition for killing Vivi’s father, Cobra. It’s a big deal because the Nefertari family was among the original 20 families that founded the World Government. It got more intriguing when it was disclosed shortly after that Vivi went missing after her father’s death. Although the specifics aren’t known about her disappearance, it certainly took place around the same time.
It is unlikely that both Sabo and the revolutionaries, as well as Arabasta’s secret alliance with Luffy and the Straw Hats, have been taken out of the equation, given what is known about them. It’s not difficult to connect the dots and speculate that Vivi voluntarily left with the revolutionaries as part of a larger plan considering the mystery surrounding her disappearance and the time of the incident.
