Persona 3, 4, and 5 Head to Xbox Game Pass and PC

Persona, previously called Shin Megami Tensei: Persona outside of Japan, is a video game franchise developed and published by Atlus, and owned by Sega. Focusing around a series of role-playing video games, Persona is basically a spin-off of Atlus’ Megami Tensei franchise. The first game of the popular series was released in 1996 for the PlayStation and was called Revelations: Persona. There have been several more games in the series since then, with the latest major entry being 2019’s Persona 5 Royal. It also gave birth to the Persona Trinity, Persona 4, and Persona 5 anime series. Well, we have got some exciting news about three games in the series.

Persona 5 Royal Coming to PC and XBox

During this year’s Xbox & Bethesda Game Showcase on Sunday, Atlus announced something that drove fans nuts. It revealed that it will make its Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal games available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows PC! All these games will be available to play via the Xbox Game Pass service. It was also announced that Persona 5 Royal’s port in particular will launch as soon as October 21, 2022. So, not only is Persona 5 Royal coming to XBOX and PC via XBOX Game Pass, but we’re also getting Persona 3 Portable and Personal 4 of Game Pass as well. Although, Persona 3 and 4 have been out on Steam for a few a years now, this will provide even greater opportunity for fans to pick these games up. The fans of these games are really excited about this development, especially the XBox and PC gamers.

Persona 5 is often considered to be one of the best RPG’s ever made and it went on to win the Game Award for Best RPG in 2017. Similarly in 2010, Persona 4 was listed by Famitsu as one of the greatest games of all time and Persona 3 was also listed as the greatest RPG of the past decade by RPGGamer in 2009. So, this highly honored and awarded franchise is a spectacle to behold in the world of RPG’s.
