Black Clover is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata, and its story follows Asta, a young boy born without any magic power. This is unknown to the world he lives in because seemingly everyone has some sort of magic power and with the help of his fellow mages from the Black Bulls, Asta plans to become the next Wizard King. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since February 2015, with its chapters collected in 32 tankōbon volumes as of April 2022. A Black Clover anime television series adaptation produced by Pierrot aired in Japan on TV Tokyo from October 2017 to March 2021. That aside, a Black Clover anime film is set to premiere in 2023. But today we are going to talk about the upcoming Chapter 337 of the Manga, so beware as major spoilers for the same follow below.

- The chapter starts with the Black Bulls.
- Asta was cured but left with a scar on his chest.
- Although the new character looks a lot like Yami, he was just a childhood friend of his.
- It is said that the new character knows everything that is going on, including Asta’s name, he just needs to “Want to see things.”
- He also tells Asta “If you return now, you will definitely not win.”
- The character’s name is “Ryuudou Ryuuya”.
- Ryuu has an eye power that allows him to see everything, he knows that Asta had his heart broken, was defeated by those he admired and that if he returns now he will lose.
- It seems like Asta will get to power-up here! Nobody addresses the language barrier as far as I can see, but I suppose the guy just knows how to speak Asta’s language…?! He’s using the same broken grammar as Yami.
- Liebe is not shown in the chapter, but Yami’s friend tells Asta that he’s being healed by a nakama elsewhere.
- Asta isekai story: “That one time I got transported into a faraway continent after my childhood love decided to eliminate me for the sake of world peace”.
- Asta isekai story part II: “Trapped in a faraway continent: the path to becoming Wizard King is tough for the magicless”.
- We also have a new female character.
- This is the Land of the Sun.
