It is an awesome time for MHA fans as the season 6 of the anime is airing weekly and the manga is also coming out weekly. Since. Chapter 366, the manga has been on a roll and the arrival of Deku (check out POP figures here) was something fans were waiting for a long time. Boku No Hero Academia follows the story of Izuku Midoriya (Deku) who is part of a world where 80% of the population is born with different types of quirks (superpowers). So, if you a manga reader or want to know more about the latest #378 chapter of the Manga, only then proceed with this article. Otherwise, you’ll be in for major spoilers for My Hero Academia season 6 and further as Season 5 left off on Chapter 257.
My Hero Academia Chapter 378 Delayed Again
Unfortunately, this week there will be no chapter because My Hero Academia is on a break again after releasing an interesting chapter last week. The reason for this break is that WSJ magazine itself is on a break this week after a break at the beginning of the year. Since past few chapters, there have been continuous breaks and the for this inconsistency is the poor health of the manga writer Kohei Horikoshi. So in a sense this magazine break will do good for Horikoshi. Spoilers for chapter 378 are expected to be released between Tuesday, January 17 (at the earliest) and Thursday, January 19 (at the latest). But that doesn’t mean we have nothing for you, as you can check out the recap for Chapter 377 titled “The Chain of Events that Led up to Where we Are Now”, below.

The MHA chapter 377 begins showing cherry blossoms, while a narration says that the heroes are in a bad place and the villains are striking back. They tried to divide them, but now the winds blow violently. At this moment someone reaches out their hand towards the cherry trees. Back to the present and we see a portal opening at U.A. Aizawa notices Mic there and understands what that means. Soon afterwards a Twice clone also passes through the portal and starts multiplying and attacking Aizawa, Manual and Monoma. That causes Monoma to stop looking at ShigAFO for a second and then a huge explosion happens.
The power poles are destroyed and the arena starts to fall, they are no longer able to stay in the air. Mandalay reports on the situation with her quirk and Skeptic keeps hacking. Also, right before the explosion, it seems like something came out of Shigaraki’s back. It is then that Shigaraki (using the “ore” pronoun) asks why Midoriya wanted to know if he was still there. Did he want to have a chat at the mall? “It’s useless, hero. After all, I am your villain.” Midoriya notes that Shigaraki’s personality has returned. My Hero Academia 377 continues as Skeptic has taken over the U.A system and the underground shelters. He laughs and says that everything is in his hands. Deku is tired and says that this is the effect of Gear-Shift on his body.
If he doesn’t let his cells rest, he won’t be able to breathe. But the second user says that he cannot stop yet. OFA and AFO are connected and he sees that the inner All for One is unable to freely control Shigaraki’s body. Deku needs to take this chance and move. All the events leading up to this moment will be the key to victory. Skeptic continues hacking, but suddenly a silhouette appears on one of his computers saying “Found you”. The voice says that it was very difficult to find where he was, but they are not the least bit mad about it. After all, it is all for Gentle’s sake. It is then that we see that LA BRAVA is standing next to Tsukauchi hacking Skeptic! This is where the chapter ends.
