My Hero Academia debuted in 2016 and ever since then its popularity has spread like a sweet virus infecting fans all around the world. Today it is among the top 5 anime today and that’s all within a span of 5 seasons. My Hero Academia (Boku No Hero Academia) follows the story of Izuku Midoriya (Deku) who is part of a world where 80% of the population is born with different types of quirks (superpowers). It’s last season premiered in 2021 with the finale debuting on September 21, 2021. Ever since then fans of the anime have been rooting for more content whereas manga is way ahead of it and has spoiled a lot for the anime fans. Anyways, we have some good news as the first official look of Season 6 for released today.

My Hero Academia Season 6 First Look

My Hero Academia Season 6 First Look Deku, Bakugo, Shoto, Uraraka, Iida

The newest visual for My Hero Academia was unveiled on Twitter hours ago, and showcases Midoriya, Bakugo, Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki’s combat-ready poses. These 5 are basically the most powerful students from Class 1-A and the show usually likes to tell its story with a focus on them. Although, MHA is never about a few characters and the inclusive environment it showcases is why we love it. There are barely any characters, among such a huge ensemble, which haven’t been explored much. But then again, these five along with pro heroes All Might, Endeavour, Hawks, and Aizawa play major roles in the series.

The image is fairly simple but does consist of a thing or two. It seems like Iida’s boosters have received some buff and Shoto’s costume also looks a bit modified like black bits on the chest and a few more modifications on his trousers. Deku looks quite fierce and intense, whereas Bakugo is Bakugo and Ochako looks like herself as well.

MHA Season 6 Release Date and Teaser

Good news is that the wait for MHA Season 6 would get a bit easier as audiences will get two special My Hero Academia episodes ahead of season 6. The first OVA reportedly has our beloved characters taking part in “Hero League Baseball” which has been inspired by some baseball-themed promo material. The first OTA will release sometime this summer and will divide the My Hero Academia characters into two teams – Gang Orca’s Orcas and Shishido’s Lionels. Our heroes and other U.A. students will once again be pitched against one another as they take part in this super-powered game.

As for the second OVA, there’s no release date or plot details currently available. But MHA’s previous OVAs have mostly been light-hearted and do not contain any major stuff which, if you miss, might spoil the fun of future episodes. They are more like add on stuff which will take you back to the world of MHA and remind you exactly why you love it.

My Hero Academia Season 6 is all set to debut in October 2022, with exact release date announcement coming soon.
