Mihoyo’s Genshin Impact is one of the biggest games in today’s world. It debuted nearly three years ago and has literally shaken the world of gaming. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, iOS, PlayStation 4 and Android in 2020. In 2021, it found another  home in PlayStation 5 as well. Along with all this, the game is soon to be released on Nintendo Switch. One of the most incredible things about this game is Mihoyo’s commitment towards the game as it constantly comes up with amazing updates and it recently debuted one of its biggest updates in the form of update 4.0. But fans being fans always want more, and today we have for you leaks about one of the upcoming Genshin Impact 4.1 character. Obviously, massive spoilers follow below!

Genshin Impact – Neuvillette Description and Full Kit!

Neuvillette is a Hydro element 5 star rarity Genshin Impact with the signature weapon – catalyst. He is the Iudex or Chief Justice of Fontaine and he first appeared in Overture Teaser: The Final Feast. Neuvillette was originally mentioned through his quote in Nahida’s official introduction. Although the quote gives little information on Neuvillette, it indicates that he is aware of Nahida’s active intervention in Sumeru’s affairs, which is something unknown to Sumeru’s general populace and is relegated to rumors. Neuvillette also regards Nahida’s actions favorably compared to Furina, whom he characterizes as “prone to hysterics.” He will be featured in Chapter IV of the Archon Quest and is most likely set to arrive on 27th September 2023.

Neuvillette Attacks and Elemental

  • Normal Attack: Neuvillette’s basic attacks involve wielding his Cane to command the tides, delivering up to three Hydro-infused strikes to his foes. ATK scaling 3 hits
  • Charged Attack: ATK scaling if released before fully charged. In the absence of [SOURCEWATER DROPLETS], fully charging will take 4s, you can move while charging, charging -8% HP per 0.5s, HP stops decreasing below 50% HP. Each droplet recovers 16% HP. The 3s of charging deals 8 hits of AoE Hydro dmg, 13.45% max HP per hit
  • Plunging Attack: Neuvillette gathers the strength of Hydro and dives toward the ground from mid-air, destroying all opponents in his path. When it collides with the ground, it deals AoE Hydro DMG.
  • Elemental Skill: Deals AoE damage to anyone in the field, which can be compared to the size of Bennett’s ultimate ability. Hitting enemies will generate the source water droplet and hydro energy particles. AoE with a range comparable to Bennett’s Q, even if you hit 2 enemies it still only generates 3 [SOURCEWATER DROPLETS] and 4 Hydro particles
  • Elemental Burst: Deals an initial burst of damage based on Neuvillette’s HP, followed by a couple of more small damage instances via two additional waterfalls. In the animation Neuvillette taps his cane, then the splash art BG appears.
  • Knockback: The Waterfalls from Neuvillette’s E and Q will not knockback enemies. The Q waterfall falls from above, and the E waterfall sprays from below. Neuvillette’s CA involves dashing forward but will not knockback enemies either.
  • IR: Neuvillette has no interruption resistance at C0. Wait for homdgcat [to comment on his IR] at C1, at C0 he’ll be knocked back even if a ruin guard gently steps on you

Genshin Impact – Neuvillette Passives

  • P1: Heir to the Ancient Sea’s Legacy – Triggering elemental reactions on enemies grants Neuvillette stacks of Past Draconic Glories, boosting the damage of Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment by a substantial percentage.
  • P2: The High Arbitrator’s Discipline – Neuvillette’s Hydro damage gains a bonus based on his surplus HP above 30%, amplifying his offensive capabilities.
  • P3: Gather Like the Tide – Neuvillette accelerates underwater movement for the entire party, offering tactical advantages during aquatic escapades.

When his Passive 1 says “will increase the DMG of Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment by 110%/130%/160%”, it probably refers to increasing the CA multipliers, instead of being a %dmg increase, but whether the CA multipliers are multiplied by 1.1 or 2.1 isn’t confirmed.

Genshin Impact – Neuvillette Constellations

  • C1:This constellation will provide Neuvillette with one stack of Past Draconic Glories from his passive talent when he takes the field.
  • C2: Each stack of Past Draconic Glories provides Neuvillette with a 14% Crit DMG increase on his special charged attack.
  • C3: Increases the Talent level of his normal attacks by three.
  • C4: When Neuvillette is healed on the field, he can create one Sourcewater Droplet. This effect can trigger once every four seconds.
  • C5: Increases the Talent level of his Elemental Burst by three.
  • C6: Absorbing Sourcewater Droplets will increase the duration of Neuvillette’s charged attacks. Additionally, the attack will also fire off two more attacks dealing Hydro damage.
