Being a non-gamer in a group of gamer friends is never good. You are either in hour long discussion you don’t understand or you’re excluded from group activities that make you feel left out. However, when you’re writing an article about video games your gamer friends often come in handy because they’ve incepted knowledge about those games that you’ve never played. Same is the case for me with Ghost of Tsushima. A game that is described to me as the most visually enthralling game you can play. And now you don’t have to play it on your friend’s PS4  or PS5, because Ghost of Tsushima will be available on PC very soon!

Everything We Know About Ghost of Tsushima PC Version!

Sony recently announced in a blog post that Ghost of Tsushima will be available on PC from May 16th, 2024. The Director’s Cut will feature the full story along with the Iki Island expansion and co-op multiplayer Legends mode. Similar to the previous ported PlayStation exclusive titles, the upcoming game will provide options like unlocked framerate, extensive graphic settings and presets.

Sony also confirmed that the game will get customizable keyboard and mouse controls while players can always plug in DualSense controller to get haptic feedback. Gamers will also be able to use Steam Input to remap and customise the controller layout to their preferences. Sony recommends to play the game in Japanese for better lip sync as the PC will process all the cinematic aspects of the game in real time.

The game has been optimized for multiple aspect ratios including 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9, meaning you’ll be able to enjoy the game on a triple monitor setup as well. Sony hasn’t revealed the system requirements for Ghost of Tsushima’s PC version but the game is available for pre-order on Steam and Epic Games. The ones who will pre-order will have some early in-game items like the ‘New Game+ Horse’, ‘Traveler’s Attire’ and ‘Broken Aromor dyes from Baku’s shop’.

Ghost of Tsushima is available on PlayStation 4 and Play Station 5.
