Verity 2026 Digital, Blu-ray, DVD, and Streaming Release Date, Where and When to Watch Online

Verity is a 2026 American erotic psychological thriller directed by Michael Showalter and written by Nick Antosca. Based on Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel of the same name, the film stars Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson and Josh Hartnett. The film had its world premiere at the Curzon Mayfair Cinema in London on September 24, 2026, before its theatrical release in the United States and Canada on October 2 through Amazon MGM Studios. However, the film received mixed reviews from critics. If you missed it in theaters or are waiting to add it to your collection, here’s everything you need to know about its digital, Blu-ray, DVD, and streaming release schedule.

Verity Digital Release Date

Verity will be available to buy or rent digitally from platforms including Amazon Video and iTunes on October 27, 2026. The digital release comes less than a month after the film’s theatrical debut, giving audiences the opportunity to watch Michael Showalter’s psychological thriller at home.

Blu-ray and DVD Release Date

An official physical media release date has not yet been announced by Amazon MGM Studios, but Verity is currently expected to arrive on Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD and DVD around January 2027 or early February 2027. Based on the studio’s typical home entertainment rollout, a release roughly three to four months after the film’s October 2 theatrical debut would place the physical editions in this window. A specific street date and details regarding potential 4K or SteelBook editions have not yet been confirmed.

When Will Verity Stream on Prime Video?

Verity will eventually stream exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, following its theatrical and digital home entertainment release. Amazon MGM has not announced an official streaming date yet, but based on the studio’s recent theatrical-to-streaming windows, the film is expected to arrive on Prime Video around late December 2026 or January 2027. This would put its subscription streaming debut roughly three to four months after its October 2 theatrical release.

For now, October 27, 2026 is the confirmed home entertainment date, while January 2027 for Blu-ray/DVD and late December 2026 to January 2027 for Prime Video remain the expected windows.
