Better Call Saul Season 6 Part 2 Trailer, Saul's Warning + Walt and Jesse's Return

Better Call Saul season 6 Part 2 premiere is all set to air on AMC and AMC+ on Monday, 11th July 2022. Season 6 will resume after a short 1.5 month break as Part 1’s final episode aired on 23rd May 2022. Part 2 will consist of the final 6 episodes of Better Call Saul and will mark the end of Vince Gilligan’s crime epic. Just like part 1, it will debut on Netflix UK and other regions on Tuesday, 12th July, 2022. So, now that is barely 2 weeks away, the teasers and promo material have started pouring in.

Better Call Saul Season 6 Part 2 Saul Warns Someone in the New Trailer

“I am not your friend. And if you get greedy and decide to come back for more, don’t”, says Jimmy / Saul with a very intense voice. While you might think he’s saying these words to Lalo Salamanca, it seems to have very low possibility, unless Saul’s got a death wish. Fans believe that this is actually future Saul who goes by the name of Gene Cinnabon. Apparently, he is warning the cab driver “Jeff” who identified Saul in one of the future scenes.

This caused Saul to panic and vanish once again and he even called the Vacuum Cleaner guy, but ultimately decided against it. It seems like there is still some fire left within Saul and the future scenes might end with him Breaking Bad for one last time. That is if this teaser actually is about Gene and Jeff. Another wild theory is that he is talking to Kim Wexler after she goes full on “Walter White Mode”. It is possible surely, but it doesn’t seem probable. However, we can’t say anything about this franchise for sure, as they think way ahead of the audience and manage to surprise/shock us every time.

How Walt and Jesse Return Is Not Even Close To What You Think!

Better Call Saul Season 6 Creator Teases The Return of Bryan Cranston's Walter White Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman

Before season 6 aired, Vince Gilligan, the creator of this epic universe, confirmed that Bryan Cranston’s Walter White and Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman will indeed make an appearance in the show. Since then fans have been speculating how and when they’ll return and now according to the showrunner none of them are right. In an interview with EW, BCS showrunner Peter Gould shred his thoughts on the Walt and Jesse cameo and here is exactly what he said.

I’ve heard [fan] theories about what’s going to happen,” Gould said, “and I’m happy to report I haven’t heard a theory that comes quite close to the actual fact. I think the way you see them and when you see them won’t necessarily be what you’d expect. The thing that I’m really proud of is that we waited to see them until it was right for this story. Of course, the low-hanging fruit would’ve been to have them appear early in Season 1, to kick the show off. I think the way that they do appear is all about the story of Jimmy McGill and Kim Wexler [Rhea Seehorn] and Mike Ehrmantraut. I hope you agree when you see it.

So, how do you think it is going to happen? From what he has so far, the cameo appears to be simplistic in nature and somewhat related to both Saul and Kim’s story. Do you think they’ll be able to surprise us with something unexpected or would it be an ordinary one? Leave your thoughts below!
